Fred H. Williams, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 at the age of 81. He is survived by his children Michelle Williams Cagan, and Michael Williams (Holly Cather Williams); by his brother, Ken (Paula) Williams; by his granddaughters, June Cagan, and Elise Cagan; and by his longtime partner Helen Friedman. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara Williams (nee Paul); his brother, Lester Williams, and by his parents Molly and Max Williams.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Monday, October 2nd, 2023 at 3:30 pm. Interment Shaarei Tfiloh Cemetery - Windsor Mill Road. The family will not be receiving prior to services. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to World Wildlife Fund. The family will be in mourning at 9937 Middle Mill Drive, Owings Mills, MD 21117 immediately following interment on Monday until 8pm, and continuing on Tuesday from 1pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm,
