Loving Wife, Mother, and Sister

Doris B. Chapman, 94, of Bloomfield, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
Born in Nutley, NJ, Doris was the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Klein) Jannarone. She belonged to VFW Post 711 Auxiliary in Bloomfield and the Bloomfield Elks Ladies Auxiliary.

The beloved wife of the late Edwin D. Chapman, Doris is survived by her son Dennis P. Chapman, her grandchildren Anthony Chapman and his wife Tara, Dennis Chapman Jr., and his wife Carolann, Erica Crutcher and her husband Vincent, great grandchildren Nicolas, Michael, Anthony Jr., Ryan, Marissa, Dennis III, Cheyanne, John, Cole, and Zac, and great- great grandchild Daenarys.

The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 11:00am at the S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, (www.swbrownandson.com), 267 Centre St., Nutley.

The entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.

Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Sunday, October 8th from 2 – 6pm.
